These Terms of Service govern your use of RiderXmods.com and your purchase or use of products sold by RXM. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using an RXM product, you agree to these terms.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be legally permitted to make purchases in your jurisdiction. You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order when fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, payment issues, or other reasonable concerns arise.
2. Product Information
RXM makes every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, measurements, compatibility information, and images. Because products may be custom-made and screen colors vary, minor differences in color, finish, texture, or appearance may occur.
Product designs, features, materials, and availability may change without notice.
3. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their vehicle, personal watercraft, motorcycle, device, or intended application before ordering.
If you are unsure about compatibility, contact RXM before placing your order. RXM is not responsible for problems caused by ordering an incorrect product, providing incorrect information, or using a product on an incompatible application.
4. Custom-Made Products
Many RXM products are manufactured or customized after an order is placed. Slight variations associated with the manufacturing or 3D-printing process may be present and are not automatically considered defects if they do not affect the product’s intended use.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discount codes, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs fees, import duties, or other charges associated with their orders.
6. Order Processing and Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. RXM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier tracking information will serve as the primary record of delivery progress.
7. Shipping Damage
Every RXM product is inspected before packaging and shipment.
If an order arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage. Keep the product and all original packaging, and take clear photographs of the damaged item, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label.
After reporting the damage to the carrier, contact RXM with your order number, photographs, and claim information so we can review the situation and assist when possible.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because RXM products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Installation and Use
Customers are responsible for properly installing, securing, inspecting, maintaining, and using all RXM products. Installation should be completed by a qualified professional when appropriate.
Before each use, inspect the product, mounting hardware, fasteners, and connected equipment for looseness, wear, cracks, damage, or improper installation. Do not use a product that appears damaged or insecure.
Never make adjustments while a vehicle or personal watercraft is moving. Follow all vehicle-manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, boating regulations, traffic laws, and local rules.
10. Powersports and Personal Watercraft Risks
Operating or modifying a personal watercraft, motorcycle, or other powersports vehicle involves inherent risks, including property damage, equipment loss, personal injury, and death.
The customer assumes responsibility for selecting, installing, and using RXM products safely. RXM products do not replace safe riding practices, required safety equipment, routine inspections, or manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
11. Aftermarket Products and Vehicle Warranties
RXM products may be aftermarket accessories and may not be manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the original vehicle or equipment manufacturer unless specifically stated.
Customers are responsible for determining whether installing an aftermarket product could affect a manufacturer’s warranty, insurance coverage, emissions compliance, or legal use of the vehicle.
12. Product Performance
Any statements concerning airflow, throttle response, acceleration, performance, convenience, or other benefits describe intended or potential product characteristics. Actual results may vary depending on the vehicle, installation, modifications, maintenance, operating conditions, and other factors.
RXM does not guarantee a particular increase in speed, horsepower, acceleration, or other measurable performance result unless expressly stated in writing.
13. Limited Warranty Disclaimer
Except where expressly stated in writing or required by law, RXM products and website services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
RXM does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RXM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, misuse, failure, or inability to use an RXM product.
This includes, without limitation, damage to vehicles or equipment, lost or damaged cameras or phones, lost profits, loss of use, towing expenses, or personal injury resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, failure to inspect the product, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, RXM’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Intellectual Property
The RXM name, RiderXmods name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, website content, instructions, and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to RXM and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold, or commercially used without written permission.
Purchasing an RXM product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights.
16. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or its content to:
- Commit fraud or violate any law.
- Transmit malicious software or harmful code.
- Collect another person’s information without authorization.
- Copy or commercially exploit RXM content or product designs.
- Interfere with the website’s security or operation.
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful information.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may include services, payment processors, applications, or links operated by third parties. RXM is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, security practices, or content.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their separate terms and policies.
18. Errors and Corrections
Product information, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability may occasionally contain errors. RXM reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders, including after an order has been submitted.
If a paid order is canceled by RXM before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

RXM may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on RiderXmods.com. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
21. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on RiderXmods.com, constitute the agreement between the customer and RXM concerning use of the website and purchase of our products.
